The London Design Festival 2009
“From 19–27 September, the London Design Festival will once again highlight London’s reputation as a world creative capital. Now in its seventh year, the Festival will bring the city to life with a broad variety of design events providing designers, manufacturers, students, consumers, businesses and enthusiasts with an opportunity to meet, exchange ideas and celebrate the diversity of world-class design talent that London offers. This year’s Festival – supported by the London Development Agency - promises a unique blend of up to 200 events and activities taking place in the capital. The varied programme will include international exhibitions, trade events, local showcases, installations, talks and seminars, product launches, receptions, private views and parties - all reflecting London’s place at the heart of the international design community.”
